What is Windward?

Windward is an action-filled multiplayer sandbox game that puts players in control of a ship sailing the high seas of a large procedurally-generated world. Designed from the ground up as a fully procedural co-op experience, Windward can be played solo, but truly shines when played with friends. Players start by generating a unique procedural world, designing their own custom faction, then sail forth to fight pirates, trade with towns, complete quests, or simply explore the open world as they choose
