What is Xarchiver?
Xarchiver is a lightweight, desktop-independent archive manager built with the GTK+2 toolkit. It features a simple and intuitive graphical user interface that can be used with any desktop environment and can also be operated via the command line. Xarchiver has been designed to be fast and easy-to-use, with a clean and straightforward interface that avoids confusing or unnecessary options
