What is Xcos?

Xcos is a graphical editor that enables users to design, load, save, compile, and simulate models of hybrid dynamical systems. The application provides a range of pre-defined block palettes representing various categories such as signal processing, electrical, hydraulics, derivatives, and integrals, which can be utilized to construct flow charts depicting the dynamic system. Additionally, Xcos offers a compiler and simulator functionality, allowing for the simulation of complex systems, including discrete, continuous, and hybrid systems defined by symbolic equations
