What is Org mode?
Org mode is a versatile tool for keeping notes, maintaining to-do lists, planning projects, and authoring documents with a fast and effective plain-text system. It is implemented on top of Outline mode, allowing users to maintain the structure of large files with ease. Org mode's key features include visibility cycling, structure editing, a built-in table editor, support for todo items, deadlines, timestamps, and scheduling, as well as the ability to dynamically compile entries into an agenda that integrates with the Emacs calendar and diary. It also provides the capability to create links to various resources, including websites, emails, Usenet messages, BBDB entries, and related files. Org mode offers flexible export options, enabling users to share their work as structured ASCII files, HTML, or iCalendar files, and it can even function as a publishing tool for a set of linked web pages
